Decided to try this product because it said it had good grey coverage. Followed the instructions including leaving it on longer for stubborn greys. As soon as I washed the dye out, my roots were showing. Didn’t cover them at all. I’m disappointed both by the money I spent and the results — plus I needed my hair ready for an occasion two days from now. Going back to Madison Reed I guess.

Was nervous but so happy
Have used perfect 10 for sooooo many years so not only changing permanent color company but a new color. Colored gray hair so well, love the natural color and hair looks healthy and shiny.
