I have used this 3 times now recently and its nice change up if your making bread , focaccia or I blended it with pizza 00 flour to make pizza dough.

Still learning how to alter my baguette recipe

The flour creates an elastic dough that feels very elegant when compared to the dough when I was using King Arthur products. That being said, I have not yet perfected the new weights in making the baguettes - but with trial and error, that will happen.
