First off i wouldlike to send a heartfelt thank you to Della who was amazing and provided excellent customer service . The bike rack arrived on the scheduled day. I watched the install video instructions and it was easy to install. All you need is a 24mm open ended wrench. It fits great and feels very sturdy. I usually travel with 2 mountain bikes. Which is way under the weight that it can take. I like to mention that the connection mechanism to hold the bikes is perfect. Very happy with the customer service and the bike rack. Highly recommended!!
