Hip Belt Standard Medium

Just received Medium Hip Belt to replace Flight Hip belt. In comparison to Flight hip belt, Small, I had previously with Vest Harness system, the standard hip belt come with a hard frame and it tends to give quite a bit more support in terms of weight load better on the hip bone. Appearing to be more bulky and feel to it, but I personally feel it gives better weight support from the load of the backpack, Swift V in this case. In reference of a built measurements; waist circumference 36"-37", chest 41.5" a Medium size Hip belt tends to be a fairly good size. Still got plenty for adjustment. I still haven't tested on the field just yet, but will do soon in about a month time.

Great so far

Very sturdy, plenty of room in the pockets, and holds the weight of my pack quite well. Was able to attach it to my mil-tec molle style bag using the rear straps it comes with. I then used some sturdy fabric glue to attach some Velcro patches to the bag. It works quite well with just the two straps if you secure it right, but the Velcro gives some added stability. Definitely give it 5 stars but if I could make one recommendation it would be to make the side pockets farther to the front as it’s slightly awkward to access them.

I have been searching for a belt replacement for awhile as the manufacture of my pack stopped producing years ago (but I love it too much to buy a whole new one). Just finished a trip with your hip belt and it made such a difference. Very comfortable, easy to install and better than what the pack originally came with. Will be recommending your company
