Hip Belts

Hip belt for one of my bags from Tom Bihn

I have not yet put it on the bag but looking at it I think it will be great. I prefer a little bigger strap for hip bags, cross body and over the shoulder. The padding is nice for a hip bags but not for cross body or shoulder bags. For those bags I prefer a bit heavier and wider strap than comes with them. It makes the bag more comfortable to wear

Instant difference with my Synik 30

I use my Synik 30 almost exclusively for travel so when I'm wearing it it's packed pretty fully. The second I put the hip belts on the bag I could feel the difference without anything packed at all. It helps distribute weight and take load off of my shoulders. My next trip is coming up soon and I'm really looking forward to using these. I almost wish they came standard with the 30 because they help so much.

Can't say too much, it's a belt. But it is well made and I love having the option of the hip belt or the shoulder strap, which I also bought for my hip pack. Like all things Tom Bihn, it is quality and hightly functional. I like that a lot.
