Cannot recommend this belt enough if you are newer to rucking. Saved my shoulders on heavier rucks. Loops right onto the pack and takes the weight off of your back and distributes equally. Super helpful.

Makes a Huge Difference
Easy to mount to the MOLLE webbing and makes a HUGE difference! Definitely use the furthest attachment points if you have a narrower waist/hips.
