I’m in the process of opening a restaurant and I have ordered multiple things from Jono Pandolfi. Every single item has been exquisite and dealing with the company, especially Michael who has gone out of his way to help me out tremendously, has been amazing. Rather you are shopping for your home or a commercial situation they really cannot be beat.

Quality has decreased

Multiple pieces received have blemish Paint issues, chunks of clay cooked into paint. Also the peices are lighter than previous order.
