exceeding my high expectations. . .
Not surprisingly, I first became aware of these Jono Pandolfi place settings watching The Bear on television. Their simple elegance was immediately evident; that, combined with the show's commitment to its realism into the world of haute cuisine, and Bear's agonizing journey to get every detail perfect, his choice for these stoneware dishes made it worth further exploration. Of all of the color combinations, I chose the "Toasted" clay with "Turquoise" glaze. Of course it was out of stock and I waited some months before it was available again. I'm so glad I waited. The dishware is so lovely. . . simple, elegant, sturdy and yet refined. I have been using a set of Emile Henri dishware for many years, some are chipped, a few are broken, it was time to replace them. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you. . . Ps. I look forward to getting the "Serving Bundle" when it is finally back in stock. mg - Seattle WA
