Gen6Mini Clean Cycle
Clean cycle does not operate correctly. Need to turn machine off and on then press Clean. Sometimes that works. Or, place empty portafilter, let machine do its thing, then press Clean. That works. But why do I have to do a workaround? I reached out to PUQ Coffee by email on 5/31/26 but to date have not gotten a reply. I love the machine but service is questionable.

Excellent Customer Service!!
I purchased the Puq Mini and love it. Michael was awesome to work with. Very responsive to my emails and any other small issues. Delivery was fast and provided all tracking details. Very happy and will be back soon.

Great Company And Machine
The PUQ is an great machine. Initially, there was a difficulty and ProCoffee was exceptional in their response. They responded personally, affably, and worked closely with me to fix the problem. Customer service is excellent. They went far beyond what others do to provide care and satisfaction. Superb!
