This hopper has fixed our issue, and we are thankful. But, we bought 2 Mahlkonig E80 grinders 2 years ago and regrettably have had continuous mechanical issues with both of them. Everything from spewing grinds, jams, all types of issues. Unfortunate, because our EK43 purchased back in 2018 works great.
