Wrong lid, great customer service

The color amazing and I bet I would look great, but I think the lid change and it doesn’t fit my bottle, customer service iiis already working with me to get the correct one lol, but I love Ello, so I’m happy🩷

I wish more companies offered individual parts replacement like this. I really did not want to replace my entire water bottle (stickers and nothing was wrong except with the lid). It's a much more eco friendly option than replacing the whole thing. I also appreciate that they changed the design of the handle making it wider and easier to hold.
