The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe natural processed (right side of photo) was unevenly roasted, producing a dull cup. By contrast, the El Salvador Santa Ana pulp natural (left side) was much more uniformly roasted, with pronounced tropical notes and a milk chocolate finish.
