A nice treat! Great for a pour-over
The medium roast makes a fantastic morning brew. A 24 Oz bag lasts me ages and comes out much cheaper (and healthier) than Starbucks, even with mainland shipping. I just wish I could still be on island to get it locally :)

Best Coffee I've ever had.
I've tried several types of Kauai coffee. Off the five types of the Kauai coffee I've tried, the Peabody Dark Roast is the best. All of the Kauai coffee is better than the other 30 brands of coffee I have tried over the past 55 years.
