Lots of acid for Indonesia

I only drink Indonesian beans due to it's low acid and really like Java for that reason. This was a very high acid Indonesian single origin.

Indo-Pacific the best

I love this coffee. Been getting for the past year. Previously getting a decaf from RhoadsRoast but when I tried Indo- Pacific it is now my very favorite. I get the medium roast once a month and it’s perfect for my “pour over”.
