Great, just wish the height was adjustable

My error when I purchased that I didn’t notice the height is not adjustable. Just the foot bed pivots to stretch your ankle. I’m just lucky that the height works for me with my own height and current desk height. Had an ergo eval at work that gave me specs on having my knees at a 90 degree/neutral angle to support proper blood flow and back posture.

Solid Choice

Unlike a lot of foot rests, this feels very solid and sturdy. The movement is fluid yet still stiff enough to hold whatever position you select. It does not have a lock mechanism, but given the slide, it's not necessary. Very durable, and has excellent "feet" to keep it from sliding on all but the slickest surfaces.
