Stop sending the wrong drive gear connection for products even though they specify the correct details on your website. More than one time the wrong drive gear connection at the bottom of the blender container was sent.

Wrong item was sent. I selected the correct option for the base of this container and the wrong one was sent. My blender does not have a spider gear at the bottom it has four plastic prongs as advertised on the website but somehow I ended up with the spider gear one that does not fit.
