Was given incorrect information regarding when pergola was being delivered and then pieces were missing and holes didn’t line up to screw things in properly and Jeff told me to tell my contractor to drill new holes and “ employees make mistakes and we need to educate them properly “. I paid in full months ago over 15,000 and expected everything to arrive with the correct parts
