I ordered a custom villa 2.0 pergola that involved a custom length and non-standard loved orientation. I worked with the design team to exactly what I wanted. They were easy to work with. The Lead-time was longer than expected but things were delayed to sort out final design along with holiday shipping delays. All in all, I received exactly what I expected. The packaging was very good with no damage prove. Scratches to the components. I assembled the pergola with no issues and it looks and works awesome! I had an issue connecting my bridge but their support line was great and helped me solve the issue. I would recommend Bon Pergola to anyone.

Mostly great

I needed smart integration for some motorized screens and I was able to set up the bridge to work remotely. The range was disappointing but I was able to find the perfect position. If the range was as advertised it would get a 5 star.
