3/4 review - good but not great

This is truly a great product that’s very innovative although could use some feedback. The warming and cooling elements are great but it’s not THAT warm or THAT cold and if it appears to be, the cooling temperatures doesn’t last long. In fact, the head attachment starts to get really warm as the unit’s batteries tries to keep up with the power required to keep the attachment cold. I still like it a lot although I am little disappointed it’s 1) not that cold, and 2) doesn’t cold for a while.
