Defective product - unsatisfactory resolution
My Therabody came with a battery that would not charge. I had to jump through many hoops to prove this fact and finally got approved to exchange the product. I am being told there is a 4 week time frame to get my new product. This is unacceptably long and not in keeping with what I thought was a stellar brand name.
