Just didn't work

I specifically purchased this pump to deflate my mattresses. Instructions were incomplete, confusing. couldn't even find usage videos on deflation. Now I have this little pump that only inflates.

Bought one and it arrived used. I tried it anyhow, and it didn’t seem to deflate correctly. The customer service team responded swiftly and sent me another. The second arrived almost a day later, I charged it overnight (although all you need is a few hours) and tried it. I could see it deflating the mattress, but it takes time. Additionally, it doesn’t deflate it enough to roll up and store away in the bag given. I don’t understand the benefit, other than saving a little time. I deflated mine manually and got the same results as if I’d used this pump. I’d like to deflate my mattress enough to fit it back into the bag it came in for storage.

This small pump packs a big punch. We used it to inflate and deflate our mattress without a hitch. I would recommend this product over anything else I've purchased in the past. Great product for a great price.
