Customer service was pretty good. Electronic components were damaged when package arrived. One of the bottom boards did not have the correct cutouts. Waited 3 weeks for replacement. Lots of pieces were warped or not square. Had to ratchet strap box into shape square enough to fit in my 4runner, but not too tight to bind the drawer. Awful building and installation process. Video needs a big update. Parts should be labelled for easy identification if you don’t watch the video.

They have a good customer service team they got back to me on all of my questions and concerns. Products got delivered safley

Top-notch quality great communication during the ordering process the customer service is second to none these guys really take good care of you. During the installation and after my expectations are more then succeeded. I opted for the hard black vinyl coating and I have to say it was worth the upgrade crazy high quality perfect fit everything aligned up just right very clean install thank you guys so much highly recommend.
