I bought this flour for baking baguettes and pizza. I bake homemade baguettes for my family, and I would like to mention that, in my personal opinion, this flour works especially well for pizza dough. The dough rises beautifully, creates large airy holes, and turns out incredibly light and easy to work with. It makes fantastic pizza dough. The baguettes also come out very good, but personally, I prefer this flour more for pizza. For baguettes, I ended up choosing a different flour that works even better for me — it’s absolutely amazing and has become my top favorite flour so far.
