Bit works fine but I think the tip should be ground off a bit. It will break very soon and you need to realize that you really ounly get about .18 or round over. otherwise you get a ridge. The ridge is fine for making frames look great but just realize you don't get a true 1/4 round over and your fine.

I love using the round over bit on my charcuterie boards and signs. In the past I would have to take the time and set my router up to put a round over edge on my projects. It saves me a lot of time and hassle where I can just create a tool path and let my CNC machine do the work. Thank you IDCWoodcraft.
