I recently picked up the IDC Woodcraft 3/4” 90‑degree V‑bit, and the performance surprised me in the best way. The bit cut smoothly and effortlessly within minutes, leaving clean, crisp lines with no chatter or burning. For comparison, I’ve been using an Amana 1/2” 90‑degree V‑bit, which has always been reliable, but the IDC bit felt noticeably smoother and more efficient right out of the gate. The larger 3/4” profile seems to help with stability, and the cutting action required less resistance overall.
