0-Flute End Mills

Like all IDC end mills the 0-Flute mills performed as advertised. I recently ordered the 1/8' and 1/4" set and added the 1/16" mill to complete the set. I was cutting cast acrylic which has superior machinability characteristics. The mills cut clean edges with no melted material in the cut. Using the protective sheet to retain the part after cutting, I was able to cut the material to within 0.004" of the spoil board which simplified clamping of the piece during the machining process.

Still working my way through Ely's course. Started toolpaths yesterday. Can't wait to get started. Just getting a head of the game with bits until I buy my AltMil later this spring. Keep up the great work on the videos
