I couldn’t be happier with the cutting board blank I purchased from CIC. The quality of the wood was outstanding—flat, well-glued, and ready to machine. It was the perfect foundation for one of my custom CNC inlay cutting boards. That board ended up being donated to the Homeless Warriors Charity auction during Southern Rock Woodstock, where it sold for $600 to help support homeless veterans. Having a high-quality blank gave me the confidence to create something worthy of such a great cause. If you’re looking for premium cutting board blanks that are ready to turn into heirloom-quality pieces, I highly recommend CIC. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. — Arthur, Heritage Woodsmith

I bought several of these sets as they are the size that fit my planned projects. I am still recovering from hurricane Helene 2 yrs ago so don't get much time to work on the cnc. As soon as I can get back to cutting projects I will share the pics.

I failed on this one, it looks like good quality material, but the inlays didn't line up and I had voids. To be fair I am a rookie on a wood CNC, so I am sure I didn't do something right. I did a test in MDF first and it felt tight. When I cut the maple and the walnut insert there was allot of wiggle when hand assembled. I tried to glue it up clamping the heck out of it and the wiggle room showed up as voids. I am going to try again on some less expensive material to see where I went wrong. This one ended up on the scrap pile.
