UGREEN NASync DH2300

Its pretty good for a base model NAS, Very beginner friendly. I am definitely going to be upgrading to a different model in the future though. I knew the draw backs to the base model but wanted to try out the software before i really committed to a ugreen ecosystem. 10/10

Well...after 1 day of use, the device ended up in a doom-loop of non-starting. It crashed during the first file transfer I tried. I used 2 12TB drives in Raid 1 configuration. 5% of the transfer completed, then the system lost contact with the PC (with NO network problem detected). THEN...it has so far taken nearly two weeks to get support- and I'm still waiting for the shipping label for the privilege of sending a 2 week old device to some service center where it will be held for 1-2 weeks for "examination", and I have no idea if or when it will be returned to me. The last contact from the "Support tech" was 2 days ago (and counting). This is disappointing.

The set up is easy, the ability to customize is helpful, too. The additional access to apps on the platform provide tools that I can actually use on my devices.
