Excellent flour!
I love Semola Rimacinata and am
very pleased with this Durum/ Wild Barley combination. I used it to make my Challah , 50% was Bread flour and 50% this flour. It turned out so beautifully and the crumb and flavor were outstanding. Thank you. c

Fantastic addition to sourdough
