Essentials Griddle Pan Set

Excellent Craftsmanship

I have used it to roast vegetables in the oven several times. The vegetables roast evenly and much faster than using a baking sheet. I haven’t even had to take the pan out of the oven to flip/stir for an even doneness. Clean up is a breeze and no parchment paper needed if I use the baking sheet. Either with or without the baking sheet just wipe the pan with a damp cloth and it is good as new. Not to mention the gold handles with the blue is beautiful. I serve my guests right from the griddle.

I love it, however after having it about 6 months I have a chip in the coating. That is a disappointment because I take very good care and only use silicone tools and hand wash of course, so I have no idea how it happened. Maybe storing it, I was putting the smaller one inside the larger but typically have the silicone mat on there, but maybe it slipped or something. Anyway, they cook great, I use the for pancakes on 2 burners the most. I have induction cooktop and they work GREAT on there. They also work great in the oven and I love the handles. I would highly recommend but make sure to take extra special care, because they aren’t as durable as they feel. At least the inside coating isn’t! :-)

BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT

A beautiful and multifunctional product. I really love the quality and look. I found that the silicone mats are very difficult to clean and hold odors. I wish the bakeware were a bit lighter in weight. I didnt expect it to be so heavy in comparison to the pot/pans I bought and your typical baking sheets.
