Cookware + Bakeware Set

Absolutely gorgeous!

I purchased this set as a gift for my daughter who has moved into her first apartment. I was completely shocked of the quality and sturdy of the cookware. I was impressed how my cooked evenly and the flavor of the was perfection! The color is absolutely gorgeous and stunning! I’m going to purchase a set for myself! ☺️

Beware of Warranty & AI Customer Service

I’ve been using my Always Pan 2. 0 for about a month and a half. Initially, I was incredibly impressed and enamored- the nonstick was amazing, and many little details it includes are very useful while cooking. I was pretty disappointed by the sage color, as it is not as pictured and is closer to a deeper army green. However, functionality-wise, this was my favorite pan, but in a very short amount of time (even after following all the tedious care instructions), I noticed the non-stick coating was fading. It became hard to flip an over easy egg. For the price, the coating should last more than 45 days. I remembered reading about the warranty, so I wasn’t worried and sent an email with video proof of my issues. I received responses from an AI bot that would contradict itself- leading to an extremely frustrating back-and-forth email chain until it finally gave up and said a team member would help me. I was told that my pan was covered under warranty but in order to receive a new pan, I need to mail my current pan first and upon receipt, my replacement will be processed. This detail is not communicated well in the warranty and is an extreme inconvenience seeing as I do not have a box or shipping material ready on hand- nor will I have a pan to cook with while I wait. They told me they require this step (again, not mentioned as a requirement in the warranty) and that, as a one-time exception, they will send the pan first so I can use the box to send the old one. What a headache just to make this right by a defective pan. Why even sent it back at all?? They claimed this is to keep the materials out of landfills (as if I would just throw it away?). Very frustrating customer service experience & warranty process. Our place, do better- and customers beware if your pan loses its nonstick.

Love the color so much. Quality is, of course, fantastic. Would buy over and over again.
