Everyday Chef’s Knife

Best knife

I bought one a few years ago and have put it through a few sharpenings so I was in need of a new one. Great quality that lasts! I’d love to see a recycling program with our place! I’ve gone through a few of the pans and hate just tossing them. It would also be nice to have a knife that’s just a touch smaller than the chef’s knife but bigger than the paring
