Amazing Set!

I love my mini cookware duo! Such a great size, cleans super easy, nothing ever sticks to it and the limited addition color is amazing!

Almost Perfect.

The non stick properties of these pans is great. One major disappointment is the bottom surface and weight of the pan make them almost impossible to use on my highend Breville Control Freak Home induction cook top. They continually loose contact and then the burner shuts off. I do not have this problem with any of my Demeyere Cookware.

Truly Excellent Cookware.

★★★★★ Six Months In, and I'm Genuinely Stunned I live somewhere the environment is brutal on cookware — humidity, salt air, you name it. I've bought and tested a lot of different pots and pans over the years, and they usually start breaking down fast. So this time, I made myself wait a full six months before writing a review, just to see if these would actually hold up. They have. The coating still looks and performs like new — no flaking, no dulling, nothing. They're lightweight enough to be comfortable for everyday cooking, they heat evenly, and cleanup is genuinely easy every single time. I'm not usually this impressed six months out, but here we are. Fingers crossed it keeps going this way, but so far, this set has completely changed my expectations for what cookware can survive.
