I was cooking in this pot within an hour of receiving it. I have to say that I am even more impressed with this pot than I ever expected to be. The size is perfect, and the quality is excellent. I really like the extra handle on the side - I needed to strain my food and this made it so easy. Great job Heritage Steel, once again you have not disappointed me.

Been using this for about 2 weeks, easily the best pan I've ever used. Good size (big enough, bit not cumbersome), quality build, heats very evenly... I can't wait to use this for many, many years

This is a pot that I never realized I was needing! It is great, I find myself using it often.
