Love, Steel cookwear again

Good size fits large dinners i make. the pan has even cooking across whole pan, also nice high side wall on the pan. the dome lid lets me put more veggies in the pan. this is not the only pan i bought. Once I remebered how to cook in steel again. they are outstanding. will never go back to nonstick again!

Fantastic large diameter pan!

Although I would have preferred this in the Eater series to match the rest of my pans, I am glad to have a large diameter pan from Heritage Steel. It was absolutely worth the wait for it to come back in stock. Heated evenly, easy to clean. Excellent! I am so happy that I replaced my non-stick with Heritage Steel!
