Not too happy about this purchase. My family enjoys every meat from 6666 ranch. These had a lot of fat and were very tuff cuts of meat. We will not be getting these again.

The sirloin, tenderloin, ribeyes, and straps are all excellent, I have come to the conclusion I would rather pay more for an excellent piece de of meat and have it less often than eat a piece of tough meat.
