Impressive Machine

It took me a little while to try out my LX 18 Vibration Plate. Once I found an opportunity to put it together and try it out, I was quite impressed. First of all, the machine is heavy duty. It appears that the design was given meticulous thought. #1 - I love the idea of having handle bars. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can hold on to something while exercising; #2 - I love the adjustable levels of intensity; #3 - having a telephone holder and blue tooth connectivity is a plus. Of course, there are other great features to this machine. I really like the Lunix, and feel it is the best machine for my particular issues. It was a wise choice for my needs. it sometimes takes me awhile to do the research and comparisons, but I am glad I chose LX 18.
