I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The shopping experience was easy and the price point was attractive for the expected quality of the item. Delivery was faster than expected and all items arrived without damage. The associated instructions are easy to read and understand and for me, a senior male, I found the velcro attachments to be quite solid, in fact a bit of a chore to undo but that just proves the quality build. In use, everything works fine and battery charged within a couple of hours. I've used it plugged in and on the battery alone, seemingly without any difference. I will say that I've learned to leave the massager loose on my legs to allow for the intensity levels to be increased over time. The only complaints I have is the zipper on the carry bag let go on the first attempt to close it and there are no instructions as how to use the gel packs, Maybe I just missed it somehow. Overall, very happy.

My husband broke both his legs over ten years ago and has plates and pins in them. He has be intense training to reup in the military so I got this hoping it would help after his long runs. He absolutely loves this product and it helps him significantly.
