I love the many options I had with the foam pieces to get comfortable and sleep after my surgery. Quality is 5⭐️

Easy to adjust, great support. Works best when there is a bit of a cushion below the whole pillow setup, like on a bed or a sofa, as opposed to a hard floor. On a hard floor, the seat is a little uncomfortable, but you can use your own pillow to correct for that. It would be nice if a matching pillow for that purpose would be part of the set.
