Messermeister Carbon 3.5" Paring Knife

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PARING KNIFE EVER

I have never paid this much for a paring knife, or never would have considered Messermeister as a possibility for this kind of a knife. Boy am I impressed. This little knife is perfect for my small hands. The grip is outstanding if you have small hand. It just fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. I also have bad arthritis in my hands and this knife is very comfortable. It holds an edge very well and sharpens beautifully. Thank you Cutlery and More, you have supplied my knives for over 20 yrs.!!!!
