Bee Experience (will restart Summer 2026)

Lovely experience with warm and inviting hosts. My children could have stayed for hours letting bees cover their bodies. Hopeful to return one day to help harvest honey.

An Incredible Experience

Golden Dog Farm has the rare combination of memorable experiences, beautiful scenery, and wonderful hosts! For someone with absolutely no experience with beekeeping, The Bee Experience was the opportunity of a lifetime. Not only were the hosts extremely accommodating and great at ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort, they were also wonderful teachers! For example, I had no idea what a queen bee looked like before this experience; now that I’ve seen one up close, I’ll never forget 😊 Overall this is a must-do for anyone and everyone, even if six-legged critters aren’t your thing!
