Great flavor
This is my first go-around with semola rimacinata flour, and I have to say that I am very happy with it. I use it to augment my bread flour and the flavor and texture are really lovely. I’m very happy that I tried it, so much so that I have bought 4 kg more!

Great for bread
I used this flour for sourdough bread and pasta. The bread turned out tasty and smelled great. I’ll definitely buy it again!
