My New Favorite Vegetable

Super easy to grow ... Wonderfully mild & buttery ! I picked one this morning at about 2.5" diameter... julienne then olive oil saute with garlic, walnuts, s&p ... My new favorite vegetable! Yum LOL

Super easy to grow ... Wonderfully mild & buttery ! I picked one this morning at about 2.5" diameter... julienne then olive oil saute with garlic, walnuts, s&p ... My new favorite vegetable! Yum LOL
