Comfortable Chair

I have only one complaint, the wheels do not cooperate and roll in the intended direction. I have the chair on a smooth carpet in my office and had to replace the wheels with wheels that all roll in the same direction.

X chair, please do not charge my credit card. You sent me a completely broken chair to Canada. I need customer service . Even if the world is wicked and evil. Never could I expect this from such a reputable company.
