Comfortable, beautiful and great customer service

Arrived quickly. The carrier damaged a part and the customer service was wonderful and fixed the issue immediately. The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I love the lumbar massage features. The leather is so beautiful.

utmost in customer service

we had some difficulty assembling the pneumatic valve in the base. we called customer service and were kindly walked through the need to push really hard like you're trying to break it.

Our second. My wife uses it at her craft table and absolutely loves it. Very comfortable and she loves the heat and massage. Well made chair.
