Speedy delivery and well packed machine. Took time with instructions, really necessary for this old 90 year old to get to grips with everything. Really delighted, better coffee taste than previous machine with cups to fill and empty when finished. My wife likes a mild and I like a strong taste. I do an Expresso with milk for her with mug partly full of coffee, and I have two fills of lungo which is stronger and good with same coffee 7/10 Italian beans from supermarket. I will now order two types from Coffee Direct as both were well described. We are so pleased with this machine and wish we had taken the plunge and got one years ago.

Great machine and super fast delivery

So pleased to finally receive this machine to replace my Gaggia Titanium, which has served me well for over 20 years. The Anima is everything I expected. Had to wait a few weeks for new stock to arrive but as soon as I placed my order, the communication was great and the machine arrived in two days. Have used it every day since, and loving its looks, ease of use and quality coffee.
