Great exercise tool for your neck

The versatility of this product is great. Active exercises, Resistive exercises, isometric, concentric and eccentric.. all possibilities.

Reduced neck pain, increased range of motion

I have been using your neck level glide for about two months and I love it. I run heavy equipment for a living and do a lot of sports (mountain biking, skiing) that put me in pretty poor body position / posture for prolonged periods of time. I've had chronic neck pain for about 8 years and I am finding that this is providing me relief. I had previously been through doctors visits & scans, pt, chiropractors, other trials of neck loosening and stretching gadgets. I can measurably tell that the combination of stretching and strengthening from the neckslevel tool is increasing the strength in my neck and my range of motion. I ended up upgrading to the pro version because once my range of motion increased I was bottoming out the glide version. The folks made the exchange easy. Bottom line; my neck doesn’t hurt as much. Sometimes not at all. When it gets stiff I can alleviate the pain using this almost immediately. It’s easy to use and easy to grab. It’s become a part of my daily routine.
