Nothing like it!

Literally. From the cost of the products….there is nothing like this anywhere online and that’s why I knew I had to get it! It’s such a simple but effective product. I highly recommend it and to use it wisely with an injury.

Optimistic

By simply activating those muscles we hardly ever use, I’m feeling better after just a few sessions. Time will tell, but I’ve had my eye on this tool for quite a while. Synthetic disc implant a few years ago to address major disc herniation, now hopefully strengthening the whole situation. I will provide an update after a few months.

Who knew?!

My PT has a glide at his office. He has the top level model and started using it with me for tension headaches, and neck and shoulder pain. I felt the difference the first time I used it, and absolutely felt I had to have one. My PT advises that it's something I can use everyday to strengthen my neck, which will ultimately keep the headaches at bay. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have to do a lot of heavy lifting, or manual upper body work.
