I made a Golden Octoberfest Beer. Won first place at Stigg’s Brewery in Boyne City at a Plow to Pint Beer competition. ABV was kinda low but great tasting beer

I have been brewing for some time, and am starting a YouTube channel about brewing in a small apartment, doing 1 gallon batches. This liquid gold is perfect for that purpose, it is a plain base malt, which I adjust with adjunct malts to get the flavor I desire.

I use gold LME/DME in many of my recipes in several different styles. Always brews great.
