Great product bit difficult to change but once youve done it its sussed water in Newark is awful and my skin used to be really itchy but improved now i have the filter

If I already have the shower head and I’ve been replacing the filters more than once I consider unnecessary to send the plastic piece to open the shower head every time. You could offer it as an option and the customer can decide if it is necessary or not. Also this is a more eco friendly option.
